Return/Refund Policy
Events:
Event registrations cancelled prior to 4 days of the event will receive a full refund. No other refunds are available.
Products:
Products returned in new condition will receive a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling.
Membership Fees:
See BNI Administrative policy #4.
Methods and Timing of Delivery:
E-mail will be delivered promptly after submitting Credit Card information.
